HESTA 2019 Conference

Conference Theme - The Power of Connectivity

This year's HESTA Conference will join with TechNet Australia at Deakin University, Geelong.

Not only does this bring HESTA members together to share our knowledge and expertise with the HESTA community, we also have an opportunity to spread our professional networks with Tech officers from all over Australia through TechNet.

Presentations

The TechNet committee are accepting abstract submissions (300 words maximum) for oral or poster presentations at the conference.
Submissions may address, but are not limited to the themes of TechNet 2019:

  • connectivity
  • IT
  • occupational health and safety (OH&S)
  • new technology
  • sustainability.

Important information for authors

  • Presenting authors will need to ensure they have prior approval and funding from their organisations to attend the conference before making a submission.
  • Posters should be designed and printed onto an A1 format.
  • Presenting authors will be required to register for the conference.

Registrations are open through the TechNet Conference website.

  • Early bird registration (available until 20 September) $480 (inc GST)

  • Full registration (from 21 September onwards) $550 (inc GST)
